Cannot recommend Rhys highly enough, he definitely knows his stuff, is professional and the studio and equipment is great!
I am now 6 sessions in from my block of 16 and I feel and look different I am extremely happy

EMS works for me, it's only a 20 minute workout but I feel like I've had a proper workout after each session.
